FOH Staffs are the face of the Club. Their main responsibility is to present the club in the best possible manner. They are accountable for the front desk and are expected to greet and bid farewell to the guests entering and leaving the club, as well as professionally attend to their business queries. They are also required to work as a team and are accountable for membership sales; responsible for driving the revenue of the Club through new memberships and renewals sales.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive membership sales at the club level
  • Achieve each month’s membership sales target
  • Perform reporting and administrative functions on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Facilitate the entire membership sales procedure in accordance with the company standards. This includes but not limited to lead generation, call outs, referral campaigns, club tour, and membership contract registration.
  • In charge of the general reception and the first point of contact dealings of all Club guests. Observing proper telephone etiquette when answering phones and directing calls. Taking reservations and checking in/out guests using the Club standard computerized system.
  • FOH staff has to be well versed with all the Club policies and procedures, services and its different packages, programs and latest offers. This way, they would be able to address the members’ inquiry in the most confident and professional manner thus eliciting maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains digital/electronic records, all club-related operations and activity, and client data, which includes, but not limited to, client registration, gym membership information, and class account details.
  • Handles all payments related to Club services, and works closely with the Club Manager and Accounts department in preparing all financial and other relevant information for reports.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

The applicant must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

  • Basic clerical and administrative tasks
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • An understanding of the cultural and political environment of UAE
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures, First Aid and CPR

Minimum Experience:

  • 1 year of previous Health Club membership sales experience is A MUST
  • Proven knowledge in the Industry
  • Relevant Industry training
  • A University diploma and at least 2year previous experience in front desk – Health Club setting is preferred but not essential
